Nate did an excellent job of repairing our garage door opener. He personally answered my call and came the same Saturday afternoon. He explained the repairs he was making and explained that the repairs are warrantied. The $350 total charge was more than I hoped for but reasonable.

My garage door was stuck off the ground and I could get it to close. I called Lenny’s Garage Door and Joseph was out within an hour. I cannot express how grateful I am to Joseph for coming out so quickly and finding out what was wrong with my garage door in less than 5 minutes. He had all of the parts on his truck and had everything fixed and balanced in a hour. He even told me about future issues that I may have and he will be sending me quotes to fix those.
